ATTENTION!

The Board and the Show Office of the Hungarian Kennel Club decided to apply a more strict monitoring of the financial criterias laid down in the ’Dog show regulations’ in regards of entries to the Winter Dog Show in February (and all other future shows). 

In 2021 the Hungarian Kennel Club will host the European Dog Show in Budapest on Hungexpo premises. We are expecting to receive cca 20-25.000 entries and an additional cca.10-15.000 dogs to our accompanying events. In this regard we continue to develop our online entry system, just like our show results recording and publication techniques. 

An essential part of the above is the modernization of the financial module which will be in accordance with the EU payment terms. We need to focus on the acceleration and simplification of the online - immediate bankcard - payment process while prioritizing the improvement and tightening of the financial discipline.

In regards to the Winter Dog Show to be held on 13-16 February 2020:

In case the payment (whether by bank transfer or in cash) is not finalized prior to the last publicised entry deadline (29th January 2020) and we did not receive any official confirmation of the payment to any of our official addresses, the entry application will be rejected. Once an entry is rejected, it will not be recorded in the catalog. This ultimately means, the possibility of paying on the day of the actual show is no longer permitted!

Bank transfers and/ or cash payments made after 29th January 2020 will not be accepted.
